Red House recording artist Cliff Eberhardt knew by age seven that he was going to be a singer
and songwriter. As a child Cliff taught himself to play guitar, piano, base and drums. In his teens Eberhardt was fortunate
enough to live close to the Main Point (one of the best folk clubs on the East Coast), he cut his teeth listening to the likes
of James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Bruce Springsteen, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters, Bonnie Raitt, and Mississippi John Hurt - receiving
an early and impressive tutorial in acoustic music. At the same time, he was also listening to great pop songwriters like
Cole Porter, the Gershwins, and Rodgers and Hart, which explain his penchant for great melodies and clever lyrical twists. www.cliffeberhardt.net
A
driving force of the Greenwich Village New Folk movement and well known among his peers, Cliff’s songs have been covered
by the likes of Richie Havens, Buffy St. Marie, Erasure, Lucy Kaplansky and the folk superstar band "Cry, Cry, Cry" (Dar Williams,
Richard Shindell, Lucy Kaplansky). He has raving good quotes from
People
Magazine, Seattle Post Intelligencer, The Boston Phoenix, The New York Post,
Berkshire
Eagle, and many more. He is a well respected musical force.
James
Lee Stanley will be joining Cliff on a few songs, as they preview their new CD "All Wood and Doors" -
a follow-up
to "All Wood and Stones" and is an acoustic rendition of Doors songs, with two of the original Doors playing on the CD.
James
has a new solo CD
"BackStage
at The Resurrection" - and it's another gem !

John, a founding member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, McEuen
is often called America's instrumental poet... his stellar playing brings us musical photographs from
his travels around the world..." (Country Weekly) as he brings to the Coffee Gallery his guitar, banjo, mandolin, and fiddle
to create "An absolute aural feast" (Billboard Magazine) with his "...thouroghly wacky and enjoyable performance" (Washington
Post). This time he will be all alone showing what the solo John McEuen is all about. His NGDB started in Pasadena,
with their first hit on KRLA in 1967 kicking off a music career that has taken John to over 4,000 different venues. Although
a SoCal native, it has been said this innovator in Country Rock and Folk (he instigated the famous Will the Circle Be Unbroken
album) has also created "...some of the most deft and impeccably tasteful music to come out of Nashville" (Chicago
Tribune). www.johnmceuen.com will tell all, and if you go to this show, you will be telling many
the next day "you should've been there!"
Plus...'with his buddy in music, Matt Cartsonis.. mandolin/guitar/ and incredible vocals.. check out Matts extensive career at mattcartsonis.com
Matt and John both need this night out to
play their favorite music.
Joining John and Matt, also, is CRAIG
EASTMAN, a true genius on the fiddle and its cousins. He's an innovator and melodist on one of the great instruments
says Steve Martin. Craig worked with Steve Martin on Steve's latest musical triumphs
and TV shows. Played with Ray Charles, Sheryl Crow, Rickie Lee Jones, John Jorgenson, Bill Bob Thornton and
Dennie Quaid and that is only a partial list. The guy is a champion and you can see him tomorrow night with 2 other
champions.http://craigeastman.com/

Award winning songwriter, singer and musician Brian Ray, best known
as the ultimate sideman guitarist and bassist for Paul McCartney, takes a step out front in the spotlight and releases his
second solo album "This Way Up".
Tracks on the album include the single "I Found You", written by Brian Ray and Oliver
Leiber (son of Jerry Leiber of Leiber & Stoller). The song features a guitar marching band with approximately 40 guitars
"having a guitar tantrum", along with a big marching drum beat. Notably the song also features some of Ray’s rock star
pals: Scott Shriner (of Weezer), drums and bass by Pete Thomas and Davey Faragher (of Elvis Costello’s band) and Adam
MacDougal (of The Black Crows) on wild Wurlitzer piano.
The second single "Happy Ending" is a modern rock, post sexual revolution, where
the hell are we now? kind of song. "It’s about a guy trolling the internet, hooking up, finding ‘her’, then
discovering that HE wants more than just a casual fling, while SHE smiles and slips out the door."
"This Way Up" was recorded and mixed by Joe Zook (Weezer, OneRepublic, Pink, Leona
Lewis) and produced by Brian Ray. |

didn't give it another thought. Over lunch, the day of the Los Angeles Premier, Mike Handcock surprised her with

year she scored a top 30 hit with a cover of "Cry Me a River" and released her debut album Showpeople, also a top 30 hit.

NEW RELEASE by NATHAN McEUEN
"Scrapbook Sessions"
On Friday night, June 18, 2010 I attended the CD-Release Party for Nathan McEuen’s new (and third) CD
“Scrapbook Sessions.” Technically and artistically, Nathan maintains
his consistent level of quality in his new recordings and in his live performances,
and kicks it up a notch with each new release. Nathan’s earlier
CD’s “Grand Design” and “Festival” are both “quintessential Nathan McEuen”…yet
provide the listener with different experiences. Nathan’s new CD
is yet another new sensory delight.
“Scrapbook Sessions” has Nathan’s thumbprint…but with this release, he has achieved a new level
of maturity and depth to his already seasoned style. As with his former releases,
it’s hard for me to find a “favorite” track…I like them all.
But, in the first pass, I like “Lately” (a collaboration with Chelsea Williams), “All That Really Matters”, and “Banjormous” (an original banjo tune by Nathan,
that came from growing up hearing his dad John McEuen, play and perform the banjo…and
on this track his dad plays second banjo.)
The audience loved the new songs, and responded enthusiastically!
You can preview and purchase “Scrapbook Sessions” at
www.nathanmceuen.com
Nathan has a number of upcoming Southern California concerts, including one at Veteran’s Park in Culver City on
July 18th at 12:30pm. A complete listing of his concerts can also

We saw the show on Friday, October 17th, 2008! The show features a "tight"
7-piece band, and a high-energy, well-choregraphed cast that draws you in on the first note!
If you're a Zappa fan, or wish you'd "been there"
this is a must-see.
NOW EXTENDED THRU DECEMBER 20TH
DUE TO SOLD-OUT PERFORMANCES!
Clay Eals, author of "Steve Goodman:Facing
The Music"
was in Los Angeles the weekend
of July 25-27, 2008
for book signings/concerts with several musicians who knew
and worked with Steve during his short, but inspiring life.
The Friday, July 25th Concert/Book-Signing celebrated what would have been Steve Goodman's
60th Birthday.
Steve was diagnosed with Leukemia at
age 20, and spent
the next (and last) 15 years of his life,
making every moment count. During that time he wrote "City of New Orleans,""You Never Even Call Me by My Name," "Banana
Republics," "A Dying Cub Fan’s Last Request" and many more stellar songs — uplifted millions from the late 1960s
to the early 1980s and continues to do so today. During his career, Steve Goodman
opened for such legends as Steve Martin, Jimmy Buffet, and worked with countless others, including Pete Seeger and
John McEuen.
This biography, now in its second printing, is the comprehensive, untold
story of a young man whose hilarious, touching and provocative music uplifted millions from the late 1960s to the early 1980s
and continues to do so today.
For more information on Clay Eals, and his book,

"THE WRECKING CREW"

"The Wrecking Crew" by Denny Tedesco (one of TommyTedesco's sons) is about the lives of Tommy
Tedesco, Hal Blaine, Glen Campbell, Plas Johnson, Earl Palmer, Don Randi, Carol Kaye, and somewhere between 15-20 other studio
musicians who comprised "The Wrecking Crew"... a team of studio musicians who
played on countless tracks during the 50's, 60's, and 70's.
The REAL unsung heroes of the early Rock 'n Roll days...
They were Phil Spector's "Wall of Sound."
Some of the original members attended the July 3rd
Screening, which was also Tommy Tedesco's birth day.
