This page and the show "BackStage:Los Angeles
are primarily dedicated to the memory of my mother, Ruth
and to the memory of my half-brother, Roger Gelatt.
My mother started me on an entertainment path at age two,
and my brother Roger taught me my love for music,
and supported it.
It is also dedicated to artists who have touched my life, or inspired me in some way.

In Memorium To:
Kenneth Adler (March 3rd, 2010),
Mark Sherwin (March 21, 2010 ),
John McGarr (March 25, 2010),
Art Linkletter (May 26, 2010),
Kenny Edwards (August 18, 2010)
Kenny Edwards passed, surrounded
by love, on Wednesday, Aug 18 around 5:30 pm. He was such an amazing soul. His music influenced a generation with the Americana
Rock sound, which was new, pre-Eagles, at the time of the Stone Poneys. Kenny was at the forefront. From there to Bryndle,
to producing Karla Bonoff's albums, he was an extremely talented individual. He was a natural teacher, and loved the songwriting
camps he'd become such an integral part of in his later years. Kenny Edwards was a beacon in our musical world, and a bright
light in the lives of his friends.

I had the privilege of working with Art Linkletter, when
I was 5 years old, and most recently received a letter from him 18 months ago. Working with him, was one of my
happiest childhood memories.

We are deeply saddened
at the passing of Dan Fogelberg,
who succumbed to his
battle against cancer on
Sunday, December 16th,
2007. Dan Fogelberg was one of the pioneers of the soft rock genre. He was best known for his songs "Leader of
The Band," "Longer," "Run For The Roses," and "Same Old Lang Syne." He will be deeply missed.
We extend our
heartfelt sympathy to his family and those who were closest to him. As an artist, he
was a personal favorite of the producer of BackStage:Los Angeles.
At times like this, I am always at a lack for words, to express what's in my heart.
We are also saddened at the recent loss of
John Stewart
on January 19th, 2008. John was
a member of The Kingston Trio from 1961-1968, before going out on a solo career. John
wrote many of The Kingston Trios songs, in addition to those for his solo albums.
He also wrote "Daydream Believer" which was originally recorded by The Monkees.
One of my earliest "music memories" was seeing & hearing my oldest brother's Kingston Trio albums in his room...before
I was old enough to go to school. My brother (16 years my senior) talked to me about their music, and how important
it was to him. We'd like to express our condolences to his family and close friends.
